Rinke meets Mr Right

Mujhe kuch nahin kehna hai, says actress Rinke Khanna, the younger daughter of Rajesh Khanna and Dimple Kapadia. But congratulations are in order.
First, it was Twinkle''s baby boy which brought joy to Dimple and Khanna. Now, it''s Rinke''s engagement to London-based Samir Saran.
Samir, who is originally from Kolkata, is tall and quite pleasant-looking. But if one asks Rinke, all she does is blush! ‘‘Wait till you see him. But yes, we got engaged recently. But, hey, listen, I won''t talk about this because my in-laws are very low-profile.''''
While Rinke is tight-lipped, she reveals that she met Samir through designers Abu Jani and Sandeep Khosla, who are family friends of the Khannas. And yes, Rinke and Samir are slated to tie the knot early next year.
Rinke, after making her film debut with Pyaar Mein Kabhi Kabhie, has also acted in Mujhe Kuch Kehna Hai. But now that she has been appointed ‘‘the beauty editor of a foreign magazine to be launched in India soon,'''' she is uncertain about the way her career will go. ‘‘Let''s see,'''' is all that she is willing to say.
Meanwhile, the Khanna family in its entirety, along with Abu and Sandeep, is in Kolkata for the roka ceremony. The stage is set. Here''s wishing the jodi of Rinke and Samir sagaai ki badhai!
